Referencing and Work History

We conduct thorough background checks on all applicants, including previous employment and education, whether new or returning to TCS.

CRB Checks

All TCS staff undergo an enhanced criminal background check to ensure complete compliance and safeguarding standards.

Pre-Work Training

We verify certifications and provide additional training as needed, especially for complex care. TCS ensures every staff member is ready and confident.
